Music Video: Black Eyed Peas – “Just Can’t Get Enough”

Only a week prior to the devastation in Japan, The Black Eyed Peas wrapped up their Lost In Translation themed music video for “Just Can’t Get Enough” – a fast-paced trip featuring the group members ridin’ solo through the country’s famous lights. The video is a beautiful ode to Japan’s bustling city life, and opens with this touching message from BEP:

“This video was filmed in Japan one week before the earthquake and tsunami. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the people of Japan. We love you.”

The final shot also shows the band’s support of Red Cross relief efforts:

“Text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to support relief efforts for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami or go online to help at www.redcross.org”

Music Video: Black Eyed Peas – “The Time (Dirty Bit)”

A brand new video for the Black Eyed Peas new song, “The Time (Dirty Bit)” has premiered.

The video for “The Time (Dirty Bit)” uses some seriously wacky digital technology to morph the BEP members into moving 3D pixelated shapes. You may just have trouble deciding which parts of the video are real and which are computerized – which is kinda like the Black Eyed Peas music, now that we think about it ;) Check out the video for “The Time (Dirty Bit)” below to see what I’m talking about, and let us know what you think.

New Song: Black Eyed Peas – “Light Up The Night”

Leading up to the premiere of their new album The Beginning next week, The Black Eyed Peas have dropped another promo single. This time, the song is called “Light Up The Night.” Once again, Will.I.Am and the gang sample an old school classic, Slick Rick’s “Children’s Story,” and give it their own BEP twist.

From what we’ve heard from the album so far, it’s clear that the Peas are going in a different direction with their music this time around. We’ll see how well that translates into album sales. For now, have a listen to “Light Up The Night” below and grab it over at iTunes if ya dig it.

Music Video: Slash – “Beautiful Dangerous” feat. Fergie

Fergie and Slash have teamed up to make a music video for their song “Beautiful Dangerous.”

In the video, Slash is living the life of a famous rock star (he is Slash, after all). But things get a little dicey when he becomes the subject of attention for a seriously crazed fan, played by Fergie.

It turns out the Black Eyed Peas singer is willing to go to some seriously nut-job lengths to have her way with Slash in the video. But even though Fergie takes the term ‘Groupie’ to a whole new level of craziness, she looks pretty darn good doing it.

New Song: Black Eyed Peas – “The Time (Dirty Bit)”

The Black Eyed Peas are back, and it looks like they’re content to *ahem* heavily borrow from 80′s hits. For their new song, “The Time (The Dirty Bit),” they sample a very famous line from the song, “(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life,” from the film Dirty Dancing. Apparently adding that on top of a house music beat is the recipe for a hit nowadays. We’ll wait and see how this does on the charts, but I’m thinking the B.E.P. should stick to making original tunes.
